文章以上海市医院15年的建设与历程为背景,从精益化管理团队引入、精益化策划、精益化手段运用等方面探讨医疗建筑的项目管理如何在建设初期帮助精益医疗实现关注患者、注重价值和缩短治疗时间。
Based on the construction background of hospitals in Shanghai, the article reviews 15 years of development experience, explores how medical building project management helps lean healthcare concerning about the patients, focusing on value and shortening treatment time in the early stages of construction from aspects of lean management team, lean planning and lean measures.
