学科交叉驱动下环境工程人才创新能力培养路径的探索 被引量:9

摘要 现代社会层出不穷的复杂环境问题,决定了环境工程专业要把培养具备交叉学科知识结构和实践能力的创新性人才为主要目标之一。文章基于社会对环境工程人才的创新能力需求特点,针对普通高校本科生创新能力培养的现状与问题,在学科交叉驱动下,通过社会实践活动、校企合作、师资培育、学科竞赛、教学方法和手段变革六个方面的路径,激发学生的创新欲望,培养具有创新精神和自我创新能力的环境工程人才。 More and more complex environmental problems emerge in modern society. It is necessary for environmental engineering majors to cultivate innovative talents with interdisciplinary knowledge structure and practical ability as one of the main objectives.Based on the social demand for innovation ability of environmental engineering talents, this paper systematically explores the currentsituation and problems of undergraduates' innovative ability training. Under the influence of Interdisciplinary, the environment engineering talents with innovative spirit and self-innovation ability was trained through six path, such as social practice, school enterprisecooperation, teacher training, discipline competition, reform of teaching methods and means by those stimulate students' desire for innovation.
