摘要
叙事医学源于文学叙事在医学领域的应用,文章论述叙事医学的起源、发展,分析评价我国医学生培养模式的现状,并提出通过开展叙事医学教育,从课程设置、教学设计、教学内容及教学评估中逐步有序地渗透医学人文的教育理念,引导医学生深入探索患者的内心体验,通过人文关怀实践活动,培养医学院校学生的人文素质,加快我国医学教育的变革,重塑现代医学人文精神。
Narrative medicine originated from the application of literature in medicine. The research discusses the origin and development of narrative medicine, analyzes the current situation of the training model of medical students and presents a medical education reform with the concepts of narrative medicine, ranging from curriculum to assessment system, which aims at guiding the students to experience the inner world of patients, cultivating the qualities of humanities and accelerating the reform of medical education to build the modern spirit of medical humanities.
