农业院校《保险学》案例教学满意度调查研究

《保险学》作为金融学中的专门领域,具有实践性的特点,案例教学对《保险学》教学十分重要。通过在江西农业大学金融专业的两个班进行案例教学实践,并进行满意度调查,了解学生对《保险学》教学的总体满意度。然后使用因子分析和回归分析与定性研究相结合,得到的结论案例教学的使用可以显著提高教学满意度,并能激发学生的学习兴趣。对满意度有明显影响的因素还包括教师专业水平、内容的实用性以及教学设施、教材等教学辅助材料。

As a special field in finance, insurance has the characteristic of practicality and case study is very important. Throughthe case study practice in two classes of finance major in Jiangxi Agricultural University, and satisfaction survey, we can understandthe overall satisfaction of students in the teaching of insurance. Then, using the combination of factor analysis and regression analysiswith qualitative research, the conclusion is drawn that case teaching can significantly improve teaching satisfaction and stimulate students＇ interest in learning. Other factors that influence the satisfaction include the expertise of teachers, the practicability of the content, and the supplementary materials, such as teaching facilities and text book.
