摘要
在面对民办高校辅导员专业发展中存在较强的随意性和主观性,重形式轻内容的倾向以及缺乏原动力与持久热情等问题的现实基础上,通过分析目标管理模式在提高民办高校辅导员专业发展的时效性、可操作性和激发个人的主观能动性,提出目标管理理论在民办高校辅导员专业发展的可能性。
Professional development of private colleges counselor has strong randomness and subjectivity, has the tendency ofheavy form light content, lacks of motive power and lasting enthusiasm. Based on those reality problems, the paper analyzes the targetmanagement mode in improving the efficiency and operability of the private college counselor professional development, and stimulating personal subjective initiative, puts forward the possibility of objective-management theory in private college counselor professionaldevelopment.
