高职学生党员发展质量“三个三结合”保障体系探赜

提升高职学生党员发展质量对培养决胜全面建成小康社会建设者有着深远而重要意义。建立高职学生党员发展质量体系,应抓住高职院校学生党建工作面临的"发展什么样的党员"、"怎么培养党员"和"怎么保障党员的培养"的关键问题,设计出能解决这三个问题的质量保障整体方案。为此,一是结合党章要求、学校实际和培养对象的特点,制定既符合党章要求又切合学校和学生实际的党员准入标准;二是采用分层确定、分类培养和差异教育内容相结合,加强对不同层次和类别培养对象的教育途径及内容的设计;三是采用组织保障、党建队伍和管理制度相结合,建立长效机制以保障学生党员发展质量。
