摘要
专兼职教师互动合作是必然性要求,现时有其缺陷性,应加强专兼职教师互动合作的前瞻性建设。
There are some necessary requirements of interactive cooperation between the full-time teachers and part-time teachers. At present, because of some defects, it should strengthen the prospective construction of the interactive cooperation of part-timeteachers.
