产学研合作效果测量:理论与实践

随着时代的发展,我们的科技已经越来越成熟,创新的余地已经不多,新的领地亟待开发。产学研三方合作应运而生,三方合作既可以提高企业的产品价值,又可以促进科研院所和高等学校的技术创新,还可以解决大学生就业问题,是一个双赢的新型合作模式。这是时代的产物,也是时代的需求,我国在十八大已经确定实施以创新为驱动力的发展略,政府出台的政策也表明支持企业和各高校之间合作的立场,但理论与实际是否能完美结合,我们需要进一步探究。

With the development of the times, our technology has become more and more mature, and there is little room for innovation. The new territory is in urgent need of development. The tripartite cooperation of industry, university and research institutecame into being. Tripartite cooperation can not only improve the product value of enterprises, but also promote the technological innovation of scientific research institutes and colleges and universities as well as solve the employment problem of university students.It is a win-win new cooperation mode. This is a product of the times as well as a demand of the times. Our country has already decided to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development at the 18th CPC National Congress. The government＇s policy alsoshows its support for the cooperation between enterprises and universities, but whether the theory and practice can be perfectly combined, we need to explore further.
