摘要
船舶空调制冷系统中的氟利昂泄漏会导致系统性能下降,舱室内氧气浓度变化,甚至危及人身安全,本文探讨了氟利昂泄漏在线检测的实现方法及泄漏时的处理策略。实时检测舱室内多个点的氧气和氟利昂浓度,根据检测数据控制通风机的运行强制通风,同时将检测状态远传至监控中心。通过在线检测可有效避免泄漏引起的船员伤害,保证制冷系统正常运行。
Freon leakage in air-conditioning systems of ships will lead to system performance degradation,oxygen concentration reduction in cabins and even personal injury.In this paper,the implementation of on-line detection of Freon leakage and the treatment strategies are discussed.It is detected in real time the oxygen and Freon concentrations at different points in the cabin.Based on the real time data collected,vent fan is controlled for forced ventilation.The data are transferred to remote monitoring center at same time.On-line monitoring system can effectively prevent the crew from leakage injury,and ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration system.
