摘要
本文设计并研制了一种应用于电动汽车的新型蒸汽喷射式热泵空调系统,并将空调系统实物样机在测试台架上进行了性能试验。试验结果表明:蒸汽喷射器和中间补气涡旋压缩机的引入可有效降低压缩机排气温度。相较于PTC电加热制热方式,本文研究中热泵空调系统采暖方式最少可降低制热功耗2 169 W,最少可有效提升电动汽车的续航里程16.9%。
A novel heat pump air conditioner(HPAC)with vapor injection compressor for electric vehicle is designed and tested on the bench with comparison to its counterpart with PTC heating mode.The results show that the novel HPAC system can effectively reduce the compressor discharge temperature.Compared with PTC heating system,the novel HPAC system consumes over 2 169 W less energy with a vehicle driving range extends by more than 16.9%.
