回热器性能研究及其在汽车空调上的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 现今,全球能源形式日趋严峻,汽车行业不仅需要兼顾发动机的工作,尾气的排放以及车辆的风阻,也需要开始考虑到诸如空调系统等的其他能耗。在国家能源政策的要求下,各大汽车零部件企业也已着力于研发节能高效的汽车空调系统零部件。本文基于以上背景,通过将传统现有的R134a汽车空调系统稍作调整,在不改变其他主要部件结构参数的情况下,将回热器的技术应用到传统的汽车空调系统中去,可以使得汽车空调系统的制冷性能及能效系数COP值的提升,并且降低CO_2的排放。这种发展趋势对于我国的汽车空调产业利用新技术大步赶超国外,同时升级本土汽车空调企业的自行研发设计能力具有相当大的现实影响。同时,本文通过对回热器的回热循环理论、制冷剂的性能比较、回热器结构对换热性能的影响、回热器在汽车空调中的作用进行了基本分析,并将带回热器的系统与没有回热器时的系统进行对比。 At present,the global situation of energy is gradually getting worse,the automobile industry should not only take the working of engine,the emission of waste gas and the windage resistance of automobile into accountbut also take care of other kinds of energy consumption like automobile air conditioning.Due to the policies commanding energy conservation carried out by the government,many auto parts enterprises spare no effort to research and development components with high efficiency.Based on the above background,This article makes a slight adjustment to the traditional R134 a car air conditioning system,applied the regenerator technology to the traditional automotive air conditioning system,without changing the other major components of the structural parameters of the case,enhancing the automotive air conditioning system cooling performance and energy efficiency coefficient COP and reducing CO_2 emissions.This development trend of the automotive air conditioning industry in our country by using new technology to stride over foreign countries,while it also has practical implications considerably in upgrading the developing ability of local automotive air conditioning business.In this paper,the regenerative performance of the regenerator is analyzed,and the effect of the regenerator on the heat transfer performance is analyzed.The effect of the regenerator on the air conditioningsystem is analyzed,meanwhile the system is also compared to the system without the regenerator.
