“旅游+”视角下的传统村落保护与利用——以铜陵龙潭肖村为例

The Protection and Utilization of Traditional Villages from the Perspective of“Tourism Plus”:A Case Study of the Village of Longtanxiao

国家旅游局发布了《全域旅游示范区创建工作导则》(以下简称《导则》)。《导则》提出要"坚持融合发展、创新发展",推进旅游发展从封闭的旅游自循环向开放的"旅游+"转变。一时,各地各领域都开始探索"旅游+"发展模式。在"旅游+"思想的指导下,通过旅游政策、旅游活动、旅游规划、旅游宣传和旅游设施建设可以有效地推进传统村落保护和利用。以铜陵市龙潭肖村的保护和利用为例分析了在"旅游+"视角下该村发展的问题,提炼了该村发展的总体目标,从规划、资金以及产品等三个方面提出了针对性的发展策略。

National Tourism Administration recently issued A Guide for the Creation of All-for-one Tourism(Hereinafter referred to as the guide). The guide proposes to" adhere to the integration and development of innovation" and promote the transformation of tourism from closed tourism to open tourism. For a while,the development model of"tourism +"has been explored in various fields. This paper argues that under the guidance of" tourism plus", through the tourism policy, tourism activities,tourism planning,tourism publicity and tourism facilities construction can effectively promote the protection and use of the traditional village. The author of this paper explores the protection and utilization of traditional villages by making a case study of Tongling city Long Tan Xiao village as an example is analyzed in the perspective of"tourism +"the development of the village,and refine the overall objectives of the village development, from planning, funding, and product and so on three aspects put forward the corresponding development strategy.
