中学政治教师传统文化修养的实然状态与应然要求

The Ideal Requirements and Actual State of Traditional Culture Cultivation for Politics Course Teachers of Middle School

中学政治课传授的思想政治道德品质与中国传统文化一脉相承,中学政治课教师必须具有责任感和使命感。通过问卷调查,当前中学政治教师传统文化修养存在多方面缺失。基于传承传统美德、培养学生人文精神等需要,提升中学政治教师的传统文化修养意义重大。

The ideological and political qualities taught in the middle school is in accordance with the Chinese traditional culture, thus the ideological and political course teachers should have strong sense of responsibility and mission. Through a questionnaire survey, the results show that currently the middle school political teachers are lack in many aspects of traditional culture. On the basis of inheriting the traditional virtues and cultivating the students ’ humanistic spirit, it is significant to improve the traditional culture cultivation of the middle school political teachers.
