基于层次分析法的旅游管理专业创新能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivating of Innovation Ability for the Tourism Management Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

在中国旅游业竞争激烈的背景下,创新显得尤为重要。研究采用德尔菲专家咨询法,建构起包括5个评价准则层、32个影响因子的旅游管理专业学生创新能力培养体系。在此基础上,采用层次分析法评价体系中各层级不同因子的重要性权重。研究发现,教师素质层与学生创新素质层,对创新能力的形成有重要的影响,而理论教学层与课程实训层的重要性权重则相对较低,并在此基础上提出建议与研究展望。

Given to the fierce competition in tourism industry of China, the importance of innovation has become more and more obvious. In the paper, Delpi Method was used to build the innovation ability cultivating system for the tourism man-agement students which consists of 5 aspects and 32 indices, and then, the importance weights of these factors were rated by AHP method. The study shows that the teachers’ quality and students’ innovation ability have important impact on the formation of innovative abilities, while the theoretical teaching and curricula practice aspects are not as important as teachers ’ quality and students ’ innovative ability aspects. Based on that, some suggestions and future study were put forward.
