石骨症并颈椎后纵韧带骨化1例报告

摘要 石骨症又名AlbersSchonberg病,是由破骨细胞数目减少或功能缺陷导致的一种以骨吸收障碍为主的罕见遗传性代谢性骨病,发生率约为1∶100000,且具有一定的地区性[1].其典型的临床特征为骨密度增高、骨骼畸形[2].
