平艾合剂5号方治疗气虚湿阻型HIV感染者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of HIV-infected Patients with Qi Deficiency and Dampness Obstruction by Taking Ping'aiheji No.5

目的:观察平艾合剂5号方治疗气虚湿阻型HIV感染者的临床疗效。方法:观察22例服用平艾合剂5号方6个月的HIV感染者,对比治疗前后患者的中医症状体征积分、CD4+T淋巴细胞、HIV-RNA病毒载量等指标的差异。结果:经过6个月的治疗,治疗前后在中医症状体征总积分差异有统计学意义,神疲乏力、周身困重、头部昏蒙、失眠健忘、腰膝酸痛、烦躁、心悸、自汗、盗汗、心情抑郁、耳鸣等症状差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在CD4+T淋巴细胞、HIV-RNA病毒载量等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:运用平艾合剂5号方治疗气虚湿阻型HIV感染者,可以改善患者临床症状,稳定患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ping'aiheji No. 5 on HIV-infected patients with qi deficiency and dampness obstruction. Methods: 22 HIV-infected patients who took ping'aiheji No. 5 for 6 months were observed. The differences of TCM symptoms and signs,CD4+T lymphocytes and HIV-RNA viral load before and after treatment were compared. Results: After 6 months of treatment,TCM symptoms and signs such as total symptom score,weak,whole body heavy,dizziness,insomnia and forgetfulness,irritability,palpitations,self-sweating,night sweats,depression,tinnitus were significantly different before and after treatment,there was statistical significance( P < 0. 05). CD4+T lymphocytes,HIV-RNA viral load had no difference,there was not statistical significance( P > 0. 05).Conclusion: The use of ping' aiheji No. 5 on the treatment of HIV-infected patients with qi deficiency and dampness obstruction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable CD4+T lymphocyte count.
