摘要
立足于认知负荷理论、多媒体学习认知理论和以学生为中心的翻转学习教育理念,提出了基于翻转学习的数学教学技能训练课程教学模式,教学模式分为课前线上学习、课中解惑答疑、课后反馈内化三个阶段.从课程数字教材设计、教学影片录制、网络教学平台建设、课前预习、课堂活动和课后反馈六个方面对数学教学技能训练课程翻转学习教学模式进行了教学实践说明,最后指出运用该教学模式的五大优势及应注意的五点建议.
In accordance with the theory of cognitive load, multimedia learning cognitive theory as well as the concept of student-centered flipped learning education, this paper suggests a teaching mode of mathematics teaching skill training course based on flipped learning. This kind of teaching mode contains three stages including online learning before class, problem and doubt solution in the class, feedback and internalization after class. The author illustrates the teaching practice of the teaching mode of flipped learning in mathematics teaching skill training course through six aspects including digital teaching material design, teaching film record, the construction of network teaching platform, preparing lessons before class, activities in class and feedback after class. Finally, the paper indicates five advantages of the teaching mode as well as five suggestions for it.
