摘要
调查厨师的中医体质分布情况,为针对性地开展预防职业病等提供指导.采用横断面调查法,对东莞市东城区部分酒店随机抽取137名厨师进行中医体质问卷调查.得出该人群平和质37例(占27%),偏颇体质100例(占73%),偏颇体质所占比例高于平和质;女性(37.8%)湿热质高于男性(21.0%)湿热质(P<0.05);痰湿体质比例随着年龄的增长逐渐增加(P<0.01);体重超重人群中痰湿质比例明显高于其他体重人群(P<0.01);平和质人群中,体重正常的人群比例明显高于其他体重人群(P<0.01).该厨师人群偏颇体质所占比例高于一般人群,其中痰湿质随着年龄的增长逐渐增多.
To investigate the distribution of traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution of chefs and to provide guidance for targeted prevention of occupational diseases, a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 140 chefs randomly selected from some hotels in Dongguan, Dongcheng District to investigate the constitution of Chinese medicine. The results showed that there were 37 cases of gentleness(27%), 100 cases of biased constitution(73%). Biased constitution was higher than the proportion of gentleness. The ratio of damp heat had a significant difference between men and women(P<0.05). Phlegm dampness constitution ratio increased gradually with the increase of age(P<0.01) Phlegm dampness of overweight group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.01). Among the population of gentleness, the proportion of people with normal weight was significantly higher than that of other weight group(P<0.01). In conclusion, the proportion of the biased constitution is higher in chefs than in general population, and the phlegm dampness quality increases gradually with the age.
