益母草注射液联合缩宫素治疗阴道分娩后出血的效果观察

Effect observation of Leonurus injection combined with Oxytocin on Bleeding after vaginal delivery

目的:观察益母草注射液联合缩宫素治疗阴道分娩后出血的效果。方法:选取阴道分娩后出血产妇134例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各67例。对照组予以缩宫素治疗,观察组予以益母草注射液联合缩宫素治疗,比较两组产后2 h和24 h的出血情况、不良反应、红细胞、血红蛋白。结果:两组产后2 h内出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),产后24 h内观察组出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的红细胞、血红蛋水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益母草注射液联合缩宫素治疗阴道分娩后出血的效果优于单纯缩宫素治疗效果。

Objective To observe of effects of Leonurus injection combined with Oxytocin on bleeding after vaginal delivery.Methods： 134 cases of bleeding after vaginal delivery were selected and divided into observation group （n = 67） and control group （n= 67） according to the digital table method. The control group was treated with Oxytocin, while the observation group was given Leonurus injection combined with Oxytocin treatment. The bleeding amounts, adverse reactions, red blood cells and hemoglobin of the twogroups 2h and 24h after delivery were analyzed and compared. Results： There was no significant difference in the bleeding amount 2hafter delivery between the two groups （P〉0. 05）; however, the 24h bleeding amount of the observation group was lower than that of thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The levels of red blood cell and hemoglobin of the observationgroup were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Further, there was nosignificant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Leonurus injection combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of bleeding after vaginal delivery is more effective than single Oxytocin.
