基于协同创新的高校人才培养模式对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of College Talents Training Mode based on Collaborative Innovation

分析我国高校人才培养存在的不足,探讨协同创新人才培养模式改革的必要性,通过对国外高校协同创新人才培养模式的解析,对我国协同创新人才培养模式从师资队伍建设、学科组织、共享机制等方面提出对策建议。

This paper discusses the necessity of collaborative training mode reform and innovation of talent shortage of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities in China, and through to the overseas university collaboration mode analysis of cultivating innovative talents, the collaborative innovation of talent cultivation in China from teachers, discipline organization, sharing mechanism and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
