摘要
课程是高校专业组成的细胞,课程建设是专业建设的核心任务,基于优质课程的高质量课堂教学是高标准实现人才培养目标的根本保障。评选优质课程,对优质课程的任课教师实行优教优酬,旨在传递正能量,激励一线教师用心站好讲台,潜心做好课堂教学。广州大学通过开展优质课程评选,在评价指标构建及组织管理等方面进行有益的探索和实践。
The curriculum is the gene of university education, and the curriculum construction is the basic content and cellular engineering of university connotation construction. Because of the curriculum construction is the core task of professional construction, the highquality classroom teaching is the basic guarantee for the high level of talents training. The implementation of "Excellent Teaching, Excellent Reward" for high-quality courses and teachers is an effective starting point to motivate front-line teachers to concentrate on classroom teaching. By carrying out the selection of high-quality courses, Guangzhou University has conducted beneficial exploration and practice in evaluating index system construction.
