增强水文与水资源工程专业本科生毕业实习效果的思考

Reflections on Improving the Effect of Graduation Practice of Undergraduates Majoring in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering

毕业实习是高校本科生实践性教学的重要环节,有助于引导学生注重理论联系实践、锻炼团队协作精神、培养吃苦耐劳毅力、提升沟通交流能力、明确职业发展定位等。结合扬州大学水文与水资源工程专业多年来的实践教学经验,建议从内容设计科学化、时间路线设计合理化、效果评价多元化、纪律约束严肃化等方面进行组织实施,增强毕业实习效果,从而为高校毕业实习的组织实施和效果发挥提供参考。

Graduation practice is an important part of undergraduate practical teaching, to guide students to combine theory with practice, exercise team spirit, cultivate a sense of perseverance, enhance communication skills, clear occupation development orientation and so on. The authors combine the practical teaching experience of hydrology and water resources engineering for many years in Yangzhou University, to suggest organization and implementation from the scientific content design and reasonable time route, diversified evaluation of effect, and serious the discipline, improving the graduation practice effect, so as to provide reference for the organization and implementation of graduation practice in colleges and universities.
