“互联网+”背景下社会组织发展困境及活力激发对策

The development predicament and dynamic stimulation countermeasures of social organizations in the context of "Internet+"

"互联网+"已成为社会组织生存和发展所面临的既定背景,对社会组织的发展提出了新的挑战。然而,由于当前我国相关的法律法规、管理体制相对滞后,社会组织发展所需的社会文化氛围较薄弱,社会组织自身的能力有待提升等原因,"互联网+社会组织"的发展面临困境。要激发社会组织的活力,政府应该通过健全法律法规、完善管理体制等方式加强引导;社会应该营造良好氛围,激发民众参与热情,提升民众参与能力;社会组织更要加强自我锤炼,拓宽筹资渠道,加强人才培养,自觉接受监管,规范内部治理,加强信息公开,增强服务功能。

＂Internet＋＂ has penetrated into the survival and development of social organization, posingnew challenge to its development. However, the facts that our management system lags behind due to theinadequency of relevant laws and regulations, that the social culture atmosphere needed for the developmentof social organization is not good enough, and that social organization＇s own ability needs to be improved,lead to the plight of the development of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ Social Organization. In order to arouse socialorganization＇s vitality, the government should strengthen its guidance with sound laws and regulations andimproved management system; the society should create good atmosphere to motivate people and improvetheir participating ability; social organization should cultivate itself and broaden ways of raising money,strengthen the development of the talents, standardize internal management, make information public toaccept supervision consciously, and strengthen its service function.
