摘要
文章以资源型城市淮南市为研究对象,根据生态承载力的评价理论,提出了淮南市生态承载力综合评价指标体系,构建了城市生态承载力评价模型,通过2012-2016年淮南市国民经济和社会发展统计公报,运用熵值法求出指标的权重,进而得出淮南市生态支撑力、生态压力以及承载压力度的指数,通过分析其中的变化规律,得出淮南市生态系统承载力综合评价在2012-2016年期间呈先上升后下降的趋式。因此,为了实现资源型城市的可持续发展,必须在城市的布局、规划、建设要以生态城市建设理念为指导,重视生态环境对经济、社会的影响,加强环境污染的综合防治,提高城市综合生态承载力,实现城市的可持续发展。
This paper took the resource-based Huainan city as the research object, used the evaluation of ecological carrying capacity theory, proposed the comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological carrying capacity, and established the evaluation model. Based on the statistical bulletin of national economic and social development of Huainan in 2012-2016, the authors used entropy method to calculate the weight of indicators, got the ecological support, the ecological pressure, and bearing compressive strength index. Analyzing the law of change, the authors concluded that the comprehensive evaluation of the carrying capacity of the eco-system followed the trend: rose first, decreased then from 2012 to 2016. Therefore, in order to realize the sustainable development of resource-based cities, the layout of the city, planning and construction should be guided by the concept of ecological city construction, pay more attention to the impact of ecological environment on economy and society, strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control of environmental pollution, improve the comprehensive ecological bearing capacity of the city, and realize the sustainable development.
