摘要
从博士研究生本科毕业院校类别、录取方式、导师情况3个外部影响因素,分析2004-2016年82位中国科学院院长奖获得者,探讨科研院所博士研究生科研能力培养和外部影响因素间的关系,针对研究发现的问题,提出具体的改进建议和完善措施。这对于探索科研院所研究生培养模式,促进科研院所培养高层次创新性人才,提升我国研究生培养质量和实施科教兴国战略具有重要意义。
This paper analyzes 82 Chinese Academy of Sciences President Award winners from 2004 to 2016 to explore the relations between doctoral candidates' research ability cultivation and external factors in terms of three perspectives, namely, undergraduate university class, admission type, and supervisor. Based on the findings, this paper provides certain concrete measurements for further improvement, which is of great significance for research institutes to cultivate high -level innovative talents, to improve the quality ofgraduate education and to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.
