复方丹参滴丸对中老年男性原发性高血压患者的影响

Effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill on the patients with essential hypertension

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸对中老年男性原发性高血压患者的血压、代谢指标水平及生存质量的影响。方法将2015年3月至2016年3月该院收治的206例原发性高血压患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组103例。对照组给予常规临床治疗,治疗组在常规临床治疗的基础上增服复方丹参滴丸1个疗程(1次10丸,1日3次,服用4周),评价治疗前后两组患者的血压、血糖、血脂及生存质量状况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者收缩压与舒张压均低于治疗前及对照组,且降压效果较对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平均明显低于治疗前及对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于治疗前及对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者在身体功能(PHYS)、心理状况(PSYCH)、独立能力(IND)方面及QOL-100总分均高于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸对中老年男性高血压患者的血压、血脂及生存质量有明显的改善作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of blood pressure and metabolic indexes of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill on senile male patients with essential hypertension,to explore the influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods The collected 206 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,the control group only received normal treatment,in the treatment group were given clinical treatment at the same time,increase of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill a course of treatment(10 pills each time,3 times a day,taking 4 weeks),and blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid and quality of life in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After the treatment,the treatment group systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than the control group and before treatment,and the antihypertensive effect than the control group,serum LDL-C,TC levels were significantly lower than the control group and before treatment,the level of HDL-C was higher than that of control group and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),treatment group the patients in physical function(PHYS),mental health(PSYCH),independence(IND)and QOL-100 scores were higher than the control group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dropping pill has a significant effect on the improvement of blood pressure and blood lipid level in middle-aged and elderly male patients with hypertension.
