电动自行车交通安全的调查与研究

目前我国电动自行车数量增幅较大,电动自行车交通违法现象愈为突出,涉及电动自行车交通事故的数量也急剧增加。究其原因,我国电动自行车存在立法不健全、国家标准不够科学合理、安全监管不到位、道路交通安全管理设施不完善等诸多问题。因此,应健全有关法律法规,科学制定技术标准,加强职能部门作用,加大安全监管力度,完善道路交通安全管理设施等。

At present, there is a large increase in the number of electric bicycles in China and the illegal phenomenon of e-bike traffic is more prominent, and the number of accidents involving electric bicycle accidents has increased sharply. The reason is that China＇s electric bicycle has many problems, such as inadequate legislation, insufficient scientific and reasonable national standards, inadequate safety supervision, and imperfect road traffic safety management facilities. Therefore, relevant laws and regulations should be improved, scientific and technical standards should be formulated, functions should be strengthened, safety supervision should be increased, and road traffic safety management facilities should be improved.
