儿童输液室细节化管理提高服务质量的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨儿童输液室应用细节化管理提高服务质量的方法和效果。方法选择2014年7月—2017年3月在我科接受输液治疗的患儿15 000例,随机抽取其中5 000例作为研究对象,将2015年3月之前的患儿作为常规组,之后的患儿作为试验组。常规组采用常规管理模式,试验组采用细节化管理,对比2组患儿的护理效果。结果试验组患儿的舒适度、游走输液率、满意度、交叉感染率均显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童输液室应用细节化管理可以显著提高服务质量,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the methods and effects of using detail management in pediatric transfusion room to improve the quality of service. Methods 15 000 children who received infusion treatment from July 2014 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected as the subjects. All the children before March 2015 were divided into routine group, the rest were divided into experimental group. The routine group adopted the routine management mode. The experimental group was managed with detail management. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The comfort, migration rate, satisfaction degree and cross infection rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in pediatric transfusion room can significantly improve the quality of service, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
