摘要
目的调查怀孕护士对护理人力资源管理的影响,合理配置科室人员结构,及合理安排怀孕护士的工作岗位,体现人性化的护理管理。方法采用自编调查问卷《怀孕护士岗位胜任能力测评表》对全院各科全年89名护理人员进行调查。结果 41名怀孕护士有工作胜任能力及愿意继续工作,经调整岗位继续工作至临产,缓解了护理人力资源紧张的局面。结论护士怀孕后工作积极性受到很大影响,护理管理者应该高度重视护理人力资源管理,缓解人力资源的不足。
Objective Pregnancy nurses to the influence of nursing human resource management in our Hospital,and thus rational allocation of department staff structure,and reasonable arrangements for pregnant nurses jobs,reflecting the human care management,and stability of human resources,tension,to meet the growing social needs.Methods Using the self-made questionnaire "pregnancy nurse job competency assessment table" on the hospital one year 89 pregnant nursing staff to investigate.Results 41 pregnant nurses have the ability to work and are willing to continue to work,adjusted jobs continue to work to labor,ease the situation of nursing human resources.Conclusion At present nurses of the enthusiasm was greatly affected after pregnancy,nursing administrators should attach great importance to management of nursing human resources,and ease the shortage of human resources.
