全程护理在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用体会

Application of clinical nursing in chemotherapy of tumor patients

目的观察全程护理在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年12月—2016年12月收治的肿瘤患者112例作为观察对象,平均分成2组各56例,对照组患者化疗过程中采用常规护理,观察组化疗过程中实施全程护理,比较2组患者的不良反应及对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组患者在接受化疗过程中出现5例不良反应,不良反应率为9.0%,对照组患者在化疗过程中出现12例不良反应情况,不良反应率达到21.4%;观察组患者对临床护理总满意度为96.4%,对照组患者对临床护理工作总满意度仅为83.9%,观察组护理方式在肿瘤患者化疗中的效果更理想。结论在肿瘤患者接受化疗过程中为其实施全程护理,有助于提高患者的满意程度与临床护理效果,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing in chemotherapy of tumor patients.Methods 112 cases of tumor patients in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were as the clinical research data,and these patients were divided into two groups,each group had 56 patients in the control group during application of chemotherapy in patients with routine nursing care methods for administering chemotherapy nursing observation group,analysis of physical condition in the nursing process of two groups of patients,and statistics of two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing work. Results The patients in the observation group received chemotherapy only in the presence of 5 cases of adverse reactions,the adverse reaction rate was 9.0%,while the control group was 12 cases of adverse reactions during chemotherapy,the adverse reaction rate of 21.4%,and the patients in the observation group on the clinical nursing total satisfaction was 96.4%,while the control group of patients the total satisfaction degree of clinical nursing work is only 83.9%,the clinical effect of observation group nursing in chemotherapy of tumor patients is more ideal. Conclusion In cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in the process for the implementation of the whole nursing,help to improve the patient＇s satisfaction with clinical nursing effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of popularizing in clinical use.
