语言沟通在胃镜室护理中的应用探讨

Application of language communication in gastroscope room nursing

目的探讨语言沟通在胃镜室护理中的应用效果。方法以2015年7月—2017年7月在我院接受常规胃镜检查患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机平均分配方式分成观察组与对照组各60例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行语言沟通。对比2组患者检查过程中的心理状况和护理满意程度。结果观察组患者平均焦虑评分与恐惧评分分别为(21.4±2.1)分、(19.2±1.9)分,低于对照组的(34.7±1.5)分、(32.9±2.2)分,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组患者对护理总满意度为78.3%,明显低于观察组的96.6%(P<0.05)。结论对接受胃镜检查患者在常规护理的同时进行语言沟通,有助于缓解患者心理压力,提高患者与护理人员沟通的积极性以及对护理工作满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of language communication in nursing in gastroscope room. Methods in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 received routine gastroscopy patients for the clinical research data,a total of 120 cases of routine gastroscopy were randomly divided by the above formula,the patients were divided into observation group and control group two group,each group had 60 patients,as control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group and control group patients based on verbal communication,judgment of two groups of patients for gastroscopy room nursing satisfaction. Results the observation group average scores in patients with anxiety and fear scores were 2 1.4 ＋ 2.1（19.2 points）,＋ 1.9（points）,while the control group average scores in patients with anxiety and fear score has reached 34.7 ＋ 1.5（32.9 points）,＋ 2.2（points）,and the patients in the observation group of nursing work satisfaction is higher,the control group was only 78.3% of the total nursing satisfaction,and observation the total group of patients to nursing work satisfaction was 96.6%. Conclusion In the accepted routine nursing gastroscopy patients,and patients with verbal communication,help to alleviate the psychological pressure of patients,improve the enthusiasm of communication patients and nursing staff and nursing job satisfaction.
