产科护理隐患的原因分析及对策探讨

目的探讨产科护理隐患的原因及对策。方法对我院2014年1月—2017年1月发生的32起护理隐患事件的原因进行分析,并采取有针对性的护理对策,对改进效果进行分析。结果产科护理隐患因素主要有护理工作自身因素,占比15.63%;不可预知因素,占比12.50%;医护人员因素,占比43.75%;患者自身因素,占比28.12%。结论针对护理隐患的原因实施有效的改进措施,可减少产科护理隐患发生率,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective Analysis of the causes of hidden dangers in obstetric care and countermeasures.Methods 32 cases of nursing hidden dangers occurred in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were analyzed by using the retrospective analysis method,and the causes of nursing hidden dangers were analyzed. Targeted nursing strategies,and finally to improve the effect of nursing analysis. Results There were 15.63% of the factors of nursing care,and the proportion of unpredictable factors was 12.50%,the proportion of medical staff was 43.75%,and the proportion of patients was 28.12%. Conclusion The implementation of effective nursing measures can achieve good nursing effect,effectively reduce the incidence of nursing hidden trouble in our hospital,and have high research value in clinical.
