摘要
对硝酸甘油唇颊片与国外样品的溶出度和药理作用的比较,表明两者溶出度、T_(max)、V_(max)及AUC_(0→360min 均无显著差别。建议用手指血流阻抗法测定该制剂的相对生物利用度。
The dissolution of nitroglycerin buccal tablets was comparedbetween the test tablet and Suscard(Astra)as control and their pharmacologicaleffect in 10 volunteers were determined by DPG assay.No significant differencesof dissolution,T_(max),V_(max) and AUC_(0→360min) were observed.The DPG test is recom-mended for the estimation of relative bioavailability of nitroglycerin.
