摘要
本文针对目前金属喷涂工艺流程,设计了一款基于PLC的金属喷涂自动化流水线控制系统,详细介绍了控制系统组成、控制系统软件和硬件设计,另外还采用人机界面实时监测各步工艺流程状态并进行故障检测,该流水线产量高,能够实现金属无尘喷涂,并且极大地降低了人工成本。
In this paper, a control system of metal spraying production line based on PLC is designed. The working process, the hardware and software system designing of the control system are detailed introduced. The human-computer interface is used to achieve the real-time monitoring of each step of the process, and the fault detection is designed. The metal spraying production line can achieve high yield, it also realizes the metal dust-free spraying, and greatly reduces labor cost.
