摘要
针对我国智慧城市建设发展的过程中的"信息孤岛"问题,本课题选取具备良好建设基础的中新天津生态城作为示范工程建设基地开展智慧城市综合能源信息服务平台建设,打造基于大数据技术的智慧城市综合能源数据平台,打破城市中行业数据间的信息壁垒,实现数据信息集成与融合,并基于大数据的数据挖掘、数据分析等技术,面向涵盖范围内的政府、企业、居民和电力公司提供包含能源利用、能源分析与能源服务方面的全方位能源服务功能。
Aiming at wisdom urban construction and development of the " information island" problem, the subject selectes good construction-based Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City as a demonstration project base to carry out comprehensive energy information service platform for the construction of smart city. It builds on big data technology smart city comprehensive energy data platform, to break the information barriers city industry data between data information integration and fusion. It is based on big data mining, data analysis techniques, and the government within the scope of business, residents and power companies provide a full range of energy services functions include energy use, energy analysis and energy services.
