基于CATIA的失效铸造零部件的Solize 3D建模及逆向设计

摘要 通过三维激光扫描仪获取失效零件点云数据后,本文提出了基于CATIA的失效铸造零部件的Solize 3D建模及逆向设计框架。文章结合三维设计软件CATIA V5对采集数据进行逆向设计获取数字模型,在没有该失效零件数模的情况下,对该零件进行了再制造,通过砂型3D打印技术复制还原失效零件。利用本文给出的框架对部件及部件模具进行了逆向设计及再制造,并通过砂型3D打印技术降低了生产成本,提高了制造效率。 Through 3D laser scanner to obtain the failure parts point cloud data,this paper puts forward Solize 3D model for failure casting parts based on CATIA and reverse design frame. The paper combined with 3D design software CATIA V5 to carry reverse design for collected data to obtain numral model. Under the condition that has not the numral model of failue parts, remanufacture the parts. The failue parts are returned by copying 3D printing sand redaction. The reverse design and remanufacturing of the parts and parts dies are carried out by using the frameworks given in this paper. The production is reduced,the manufacturing effciency is improved through the sand mold 3D printing technology.
