企业工艺管理系统信息化建设研究

With the rapid development of global economy and the development of society, the construction of information system plays an important role in the development and management of enterprises. Now the level of information technology is constantly im-proving ,enterprises are facing fierce competition, so enterprises need to effectively improve the efficiency of internal management, in order to occupy a place in the fierce social market and continue to develop. In this paper, according to the enterprise process man-agement system information construction in-depth research, some problems on the enterprise process management system information development status and limitation are analyzed in detail. In order to improve the management level and promote the development of enterprises, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the existing problems.
