钢结构厂房施工质量控制要点

钢结构厂房是一种在现今的工业厂房建设中较为常见的结构形式,其具有结构强度高、施工速度快等的优点,因此在现今各类工业厂房的建设过程中都有着广泛的应用。钢结构厂房相对于传统钢筋混凝土结构的厂房在施工难度上有所降低,其主体结构采用的是模块化的钢骨架,通过钢结构的安装和焊接实现钢结构厂房快速施工。钢结构厂房尽管施工速度快、工艺简单但是为了取得良好的施工质量,在钢结构厂房的施工过程中需要结合钢结构厂房的施工特点以及施工工艺做好钢结构厂房施工质量的控制。文章将就钢结构厂房施工过程中所存在的问题及如何做好钢结构厂房施工质量的管控进行分析阐述。

The steel stmcture factory building is a kind of common structure form in the present industrial workshop construe- tion, which has the advantages of high structural strength and fast construction speed. Therefore, it is widely used in the construc-tion process of all kinds of industrial factories. Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure, the construction difficulty of the steel structure factory building is reduced, and the main structure of the steel structure is modular steel skeleton. Through the installation and welding of steel structure, the rapid construction of steel structure factory building is realized. Despite the speed of construction of the steel structure factory building, the process is simple. But in order to obtain good construction quality in the con-struction process of the steel structure factory building, we need to combine the construction characteristics of the steel structure fac-tory building and the construction process to do a good job in the construction quality control of the steel structure factory building. In this paper, the problems existing in the construction process of the steel structure workshop and how to manage the construction quality of the steel structure factory building are analyzed and expounded.
