摘要
氧传感器作为减少排放污染,提高汽车燃油经济性能的设备,已广泛装配在安装三元催化剂的汽车上。如果燃烧室内可燃混合气燃烧不充分,废气中含有大量CO、HC和NOX有害气体,三元催化剂的净化能力将急剧下降,降低汽车燃油经济性能和污染大气,所以在排气管中和三元催化剂后端(有的是单氧传感器,只在排气管中安有氧传感器)安装氧传感器,通过氧传感器检测排气中氧的浓度,向发动机控制单元发出信号,再由发动机控制单元控制喷油脉宽,增减喷油量,把可燃合气控制在空燃比理论值附近。文章主要介绍了氧传感器类型,工作原理,以及对它故障的简单判断、检测与分析。
As a device for reducing emission pollution and improving the economic performance of automobile fuel, oxygen sen- sore have been widely assembled on vehicles with three yuan catalyst. Therefore, in the exhaust pipe and three element catalyst back-end (some single oxygen sensor, only in the exhaust pipe is installed oxygen sensor) oxygen sensor is installed, the concentration of oxygen in the exhaust oxygen sensor, sends a signal to the engine control unit, then the engine control unit controls the fuel injec-tion pulse width, increase or decrease the amount of fuel injection, the combustible gas burning near the control than the theoretical value in the air. This article mainly introduces the type of oxygen sensor, the working principle, and the simple judgment, detection and analysis of its fault.
