微课结合思维导图在放射科住院医师规培中的应用研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨微课结合思维导图教学方法在放射科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2017年1月在首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院放射科进行规范化培训的住院医师,随机分为对照组(采取传统的教学模式,15人)和实验组(采取微课结合思维导图教学模式,15人)。通过临床考试成绩、调查问卷评价两种教学模式的教学效果。结果实验组住院医师出科考试的笔试成绩和临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组;调查问卷中,实验组对教学模式的满意度、学习能力和技能提高程度均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微课结合思维导图教学模式可以有效提高在放射科进行规范化培训住院医师的临床技能成绩,改善教学质量、提高影像逻辑分析能力。 Objective To investigate the value of micro-lecture combined with mind mapping teaching method in the standardized training residents of radiology department. Methods We chose standardized training residents in radiology department of Beijing friendship hospital afliated to the capital medical university from January 2014 to January 2017, and randomly divided into two groups, control group (15 people adopt the traditional teaching pattern), another group as the experimental group (15 people taken the micro-lecture combined with mind mapping). The teaching effects were evaluated through the given test of computer tests and clinical skills examination scores, questionnaires of the two methods. Results The test and clinical skills scores of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Questionnaire for the teaching satisfaction, learning ability and skills of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of micro-lecture combined with mind mapping teaching method can efectively improve in radiology resident standardization training of clinical skills, improve the teaching quality and logic analysis ability.
