关于中医皮肤病学教学的思考

Thinking About Dermatology Teaching of the Traditional Chinese Medicine

学科设置和教材是医生培养中的重中之重,目前传统的中医学科以及课程设置并不能满足中医皮肤科临床医生培养的需求,基于临床需求以及医学生培养目标分析中医皮肤科教学设置现状,分别从课程设置、教材内容、授课方式等方面进行论述,建议提升皮肤科学科级别,编写新的教材,以中医为主,补充西医内容,创新授课方式,结合皮肤病特点重视图谱教学,同时引入案例教学法,以实战为主,为培养合格的实战性中医药专业人才提供参考。

It is the top priority in the doctor training that setting of courseand teaching material, at present the traditional Chinese medicine discipline and curriculum cannot meet the needs of dermatology department of traditional Chinese medicine clinical doctor training, based on the clinical needs and the aim of medical students training. The paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching of dermatology in traditional Chinese medicine based on clinical needs and teaching target of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology, separately discussed the setting of course, the contents of teaching material, teaching methods, which suggest ascension dermatologist discipline level, write new teaching materials that the traditional Chinese medicine is the main body and complementary medicine content, combining with the characteristics of skin disease, we attach importance to the teaching of mapping, and introduce case teaching method to provide reference for the cultivation of qualifed personnel of traditional Chinese medicine.
