急性心肌梗死后心律失常施行循证护理服务的价值分析与研究

Analysis and Study of the Value of Evidence-based Nursing Service for Arrhythmia After Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨急性心肌梗死后心律失常施行循证护理服务的价值。方法将2016年2月—2017年1月90例急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者作为对象,根据随机信封法分组,各45例。对照组施行常规护理服务,循证组施行循证护理服务。比较两组急性心肌梗死后心律失常治疗效果;疾病知识认知、入院至出院时间、护理满意度评分;护理后患者焦虑、抑郁心理、生存质量。结果循证组急性心肌梗死后心律失常治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);循证组疾病知识认知、入院至出院时间、护理满意度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后循证组焦虑、抑郁心理、生存质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死后心律失常施行循证护理服务的价值高,可减轻患者焦虑抑郁心理,改善预后,缩短出院时间,提高生存质量和满意度。

Objective To explore the value of evidence-based nursing service for arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. Methods 90 patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction from February 2016 to January 2017 were divided into 45 cases according to the random envelope method. The routine nursing service was performed in the control group, and evidence-based nursing service was carried out in the evidence-based group. The therapeutic efects of arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction in two groups were compared. Knowledge of disease, admission to discharge time, nursing satisfaction score, anxiety, depression and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results the therapeutic effect of patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction in the evidence-based group was higher than that of the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）; the knowledge of disease,admission to discharge time and nursing satisfaction score in the evidence-based group were better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; anxiety, depression and quality of life in the evidence-based group were better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The value of evidence-based nursing service for arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction is high, which can reduce anxiety and depression, improve prognosis, shorten discharge time and improve quality of life and satisfaction.
