大学教师流动的相关性:学科专业、机构与教育背景——基于理工主导型大学教师的简历分析 被引量:3

摘要 大学教师流动与众多的内部或外部因素存在着密切的关系,其中优势学科和专业类型、教师来源机构、在本校的教育背景等因素与教师流动具有较强的相关性。通过对理工主导型大学的1314个教师的网络简历样本分析,发现:一是优势学科教师的流动率较大;二是文科专业教师省内流动率较大,理工专业教师跨省流动率较大,从"985工程"大学或者国外高校流入的教师比例较小,相当多的教师是从科研机构和企事业单位流进高校,从低层级院校流进高层级院校;三是教师在本校的教育背景越深厚,流动率就越低,对院校的忠诚度越高。大学教师流动与内外部因素的相关性特征对于进一步完善教师流动政策具有重要意义。 The talent fow of university teachers is affected by many internal and external factors, among which top discipline, major type, former institution, and educational history at the current school are the most important. After the analysis of the network resumes of 1314 teachers at different polytechnic universities, three results are found. Firstly, the talent fow rate is relatively higher for teachers of top disciplines, liberal arts teachers within a province, or science and engineering teachers across provinces. Secondly, a considerable number of teachers are mainly from scientifc research institutions and enterprises while only a small number of teachers come from universities of the 985 Project or foreign universities. It is common that teachers fow out of low-level colleges and universities into high-level ones. Finally, if a teacher gets more degrees during his or her academic life at the current school, he or she may hardly move to another school since he or she has already become loyal to the mother school. To identify internal and external factors related to the talent fow of university teachers is of great signifcance to further perfecting teachers' talent fow policy.
