摘要
本文从市政工程勘察设计行业的特点出发,结合实践和国外公司管理经验,针对目前全国性大院全国市场布局遇到的问题,对市政工程勘察设计综合性企业推进属地化战略进行了分析研究。目的是通过研究,得出属地化战略推进路径,提高全国市场布局效率。
starting from the characteristics of municipal engineering survey and design industry,combined with the author's own practice and management experience of foreign companies,according to the current national courtyard layout of the national market problems,the municipal engineering survey and design enterprises to promote the comprehensive strategic localization analysis. The purpose is to obtain the strategic promotion path of localization through research,and to improve the efficiency of the national market layout.
