中青年初发2型糖尿病患者希望水平与自我管理的相关性研究

A Study on the Relationship between the Level of Hope and Self-management of the Young and Middle-aged Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨中青年初发2型糖尿病患者希望水平与自我管理行为的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样的方法运用Herth希望量表(Herth hope index,HHI)、2型糖尿病自我管理行为量表(2-CSC)对91例中青年初发2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。了解患者希望水平与我管理行为两者的相关性。结果:中青年初发2型糖尿病患者希望水平总分为(30.58±5.77)分,处于中等水平。自我管理行为总分为(82.29±15.003)分,得分指标为61.8%,整体处于中等偏下水平,希望水平总分与自我管理行为总分呈正相关(r=0.919,P<0.000)。结论:医务人员与家人给予患者积极的心理暗示并能指导患者自己采取良好的心理暗示,提高希望水平,促进自我管理行为健康发展。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the level of hope and self-management behavior in the young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 91 young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM)by using the Herth Hope Scale(Herth hope index,HHI)and type 2 diabetes self-management behavior scale(2-CSC).To understand the relationship between the level of hope and management behavior.Results:The total score of hope level(30.58±5.77)in the young and middleaged patients with type 2 diabetes was at the medium level.The total score of self-management behavior was(82.29±15.003),the score was 61.8%,the overall level was below the middle level,and the total score was positively correlated with the total score of self-management behavior(r=0.919,P<0.000).Conclusion:The medical staff and family to give patients positive psychological suggestion and can know the patients take good psychological suggestion,improve the level of hope,promote the healthy development of self-management behavior.
