摘要
目的:研究含银硅烷偶联剂处理纯钛表面形成的抗菌薄膜的抗菌性的影响。方法:利用溶胶凝胶技术制得含银有机硅烷偶联剂,在纯钛表面制备抗菌层,用薄膜覆盖法研究其抗菌性。结果:抗菌性能:当Ag+浓度达3%以上时抗菌率达90%以上,选取Ag+掺入浓度最佳的纯钛试件实验组进行老化处理,检验其抗菌的长效性,分析实验数据,实验组与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:含银硅烷偶联剂处理纯钛表面,其抗菌性能明显提高,且经过含银硅烷偶联剂处理的纯钛具有抗菌长效性。
Objective:To study the influence of Ag silane coupling agent on the antibacterial property of antibacterial film formed on pure titanium surface.Methods:The organic silane coupling agent containing silver was prepared by solgel technique.The antibacterial layer was prepared on the surface of pure titanium and its antibacterial properties were studied by film covering method.Results:The antibacterial properties:when the concentration of Ag+reached more than 3%,the antibacterial rate of more than 90%,selected Ag+incorporation and the optimum concentration of pure titanium specimens in experimental group,aging treatment,inspection of the long-acting antibacterial,the analysis of the experimental data,the experimental group and the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The silver containing silane coupling agent can obviously improve the antibacterial property of pure titanium surface,and the pure titanium treated with silver silane coupling agent has antibacterial long-acting effect.
