抗抑郁治疗对肿瘤放疗患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Antidepressant Therapy on Quality of Life and Immune Function in Patients with Tumor Radiotherapy

目的:探究和分析抗抑郁治疗对肿瘤放疗患者的生活质量和免疫功能的临床治疗效果。方法:从2016年1月~2017年1月期间某院收治的所有肿瘤放疗患者中随机选取其中的120例作为本次的研究对象,将这120例患者随机分为对照组和研究组两组各60例,对照组的患者进行常规治疗,研究组的患者在常规治疗的基础上给予抗抑郁治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的抑郁程度、生活质量和免疫功能。结果:从两组患者的抗抑郁治疗效果上来看,观察组患者的抑郁程度明显低于对照组,P<0.05;从两组患者的生活质量来看,观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05;从两组患者的免疫功能来看,观察组患者的免疫功能显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:从上述结果中可以看出,抗抑郁治疗能够有效减轻肿瘤放疗患者的抑郁程度,显著改善肿瘤放疗患者的生活质量和免疫功能,抗抑郁治疗具有临床推广的意义和价值。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of antidepressant therapy on quality of life and immune function of patients with tumor radiotherapy.Methods:120 patients with tumor radiotherapy treated in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given antidepressant treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,then the degree of depression,quality of life and immune function after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The degree of depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The immune function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The antidepressant treatment can effectively reduce the degree of depression in tumor radiotherapy patients,obviously improve the quality of life and immune function of tumor radiotherapy patients,and has the significance and value of clinical popularization.
