关于探讨治疗老年胫腓骨远端骨折应用锁定加压钢板内固定联合胫前减张切口的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Locking Compression Plate Fixation Combined with Anterior Tibial Reduction Incision in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Distal Tibiofibular Fractures

目的:观察探讨老年患者胫腓骨远端骨折时,采用锁钉加压钢板内固定并联合胫前减张切口的方法。方法:选取某科老年胫腓骨骨折110例住院患者,采用随机分为观察组及对照组每组55例,并观察和分析术后两组的疗效及并发症的情况,踝关节功能是否良好等情况。结果:对比观察组及对照组在手术中出血量的情况、手术的时间、手术后引流量的情况,无统计学差异意义(P>0.05);术后骨折的愈合和住院时间观察组明显优于对照组,其差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年胫腓骨远端骨折患者,经过采用锁定加压钢板内固定联合胫前减张切口的治疗,术后临床疗效明显,并发症也有减少,踝关节功能恢复较明显。

Objective:To observe the method to locking compression plate fixation combined with anterior tibial reduction incision in the treatment of elderly patients with distal tibiofibular fractures.Methods:110 elderly patients with distal tibiofibular fractures were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.Then the curative effect,complications,and ankle function of two groups after operation were observed and analyzed.Results:There was no statiatically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the amount of bleeding during operation,the time of operation,and the volume of postoperative drainage(P>0.05).The healing time and length of hospital stay in the control group were significantly better than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative clinical curative effect of locking compression plate fixation combined with anterior tibial reduction incision in the treatment of elderly patients with distal tibiofibular fractures is obvious,with less complications,and the functional recovery of the ankle joint is also obvious.
