腹腔镜电凝输卵管结扎术与开腹输卵管结扎术的效果及安全性

Effect and Safety of Laparoscopic Electrocoagulation Tubal Ligation and Open Abdominal Tubal Ligation

目的:探讨腹腔镜电凝输卵管结扎术与开腹输卵管结扎术的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取某院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的行输卵管结扎绝育手术的40例女性,根据输卵管结扎术不同分为实验组与对照组,对照组15例女性行开腹输卵管结扎手术,实验组25例女性行腹腔镜电凝输卵管结扎术,观察两组女性临床治疗效果以及术后不良反应发生情况。结果:40例女性均成功完成手术,实验组手术再次妊娠率明显低于对照组(4.0%vs20.0%),实验组术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(16.0%vs36.0%),两组数据具有差异,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于进行输卵管结扎绝育的女性给予腹腔镜输卵管电凝结扎绝育能有效减少女性术后创口感染、术后发热等不良的发生,手术成功率明显高于传统开腹手术。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic electrocoagulation tubal ligation and abdominal tubal ligation.Methods:40 cases of women with tubal ligation in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the different fallopian tube ligation.The control group(15 cases)was given open abdominal tubal ligation,and the experimental group(25 cases)was given laparoscopic electrocoagulation tubal ligation,then the clinical effect and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:40 cases of patients were successfully completed surgery,and the follow-up found that 1 woman in experimental group was pregnant again,the pregnancy rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.0%vs20.0%).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.0%vs36.0%),and the data between the two groups has statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:For women undergoing tubal ligation sterilization,the laparoscopic electrocoagulation tubal ligation can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative wound infection and fever after operation,and the success rate of operation is significantly higher than that of traditional open abdominal surgery.
