有创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Invasive Mechanical Ventilation in the Treatment of ICU Patients with Severe Heart Failure

目的:探讨有创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:选取某院2015年2月~2016年3月收治的ICU重症心力衰竭患者118例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各组59例。对照组应用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入有创机械通气治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果,并对比左室射血分数、心率、氧分压、呼吸频率、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者左室射血分数、心率、氧分压、呼吸频率、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度改善情况比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论:有创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭患者的临床疗效显著,值得应用和推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of ICU patients with severe heart failure.Methods:118 cases of ICU patients with severe heart failure treated in a hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study objects and were divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given invasive mechanical ventilation on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect were observed in the two groups,and the left ventricular ejection fraction,heart rate,oxygen partial pressure,respiratory rate,carbon dioxide partial pressure,and the blood oxygen saturation were compared in the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the left ventricular ejection fraction,heart rate,oxygen partial pressure,respiratory rate,carbon dioxide partial pressure,and the blood oxygen saturation were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of invasive mechanical ventilation on ICU patients with severe heart failure is significant,and it is worthy of application and promotion.
